Think of what [it] wants to be…
As we turned the corner on the Chattahoochee Studio and began to think about how we would transition from Fall to Spring, it was clear that we needed to change our approach if we expected to be able to communicate a semester’s worth of work to a fresh batch of students.
We knew that we would need something different to help us tackle the challenges ahead of us in the new year. We needed a space where we could frame the problem to new students, provide work space for our packed studio course, and of course, space to hold a really big map.
With the blessing of our Program Chair, Terry Clements, we constructed a temporary “wall” in the studio to define our space. We have at least one more work day planned before the project is complete, but we did get all of the framing done today.
Framing “The Wall”
Special thanks goes out to everyone who helped with this project. We are looking forward to sharing our studio after the final touches are added–Soon!
Spring Studio starts in just 2 weeks!
